What you plant in faith, God will grow in purpose!

Pictured below is a seedling. Oh how precious! Looking at this, perhaps you may notice the beautiful leaves that have sprouted, the stem in which they have grown from, or even the amount of soul it has grown from inside of the palms holding it . One thing though for certain that the eye can not see, is the seed that was initially planted, the water that was used to nurture it, or the time it took the seed to sprout.

In this same way, we cannot see behind the scenes the work that our Lord is doing, but what we do see is the miracles on the other side of the our obedience and generosity. Think of your generosity as being the seed planted in the ground, and then imagine the beautiful leaves that you see are a mixture of communities, families, and children that have grown from the Lord watering and nurturing the seed that you are planting.

When you choose to give, you are choosing to trust the Gardener. You may never see every root that grows beneath the surface or every life that is touched, but Scripture reminds us that no seed planted in faith is ever wasted. In His perfect timing, what is sown in obedience will bear fruit far beyond what we can imagine.

By sowing a seed, whether it is once or faithfully over time, you become a part of the growth, the nourishment, and the harvest.
